The name "Karakus" means black bird, came from the presence of a black eagle on the columns surrounding the tomb. The Karakus Tomb was built by King “Mithridates” and first named after his mother “Esa” before being renamed Karakus. Jendere Bridge is located in Adiyaman in southeastern Anatolia, specifically in the old part of “Ask” Castle.
